Twix is one of our favorite candy bars and I have been wanting to incorporate them into a dessert for a while. While messing around with ingredients, I decided to make a Twix Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Brownie. The flavor combination is literally on point and I promise you will like these even if you’re not a fan of cheesecake because of its very light flavor!


Brownie layer:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 5 mini Twix bars

Cheesecake layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Dulce de Leche (as much as you want)
  • 5 mini Twix bars


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a 8×8 square pan with parchment paper (I also greased the parchment paper).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined then whisk in the flour.
  4. Fold the chocolate chips in with a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into the bottom of the lined pan.
  6. Add about 5 mini twix bars (broken up) to the top of the brownie layer.
  7. In a medium mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  8. Add the egg and mix well.
  9. Add the Dulce de Leche and mix again until fully combined.
  10. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie layer.
  11. Squeeze some more Dulce De Leche to the top of the cheesecake layer and swirl it in.
  12. Add about 5 more mini Twix to the top of the cheesecake layer and bake for 35 minutes.
  13. Allow the brownies to cool before removing from the pan. Cut slices once the brownies have cooled.
