These love letter pastries are easy to put together and a great way to share your love. With minimal and accessible ingredients and no need for fancy tools, you can have these made in under 30 minutes. You can totally make these using a from scratch dough but I know not everybody has the time so this is an easier version. These pastries can be easily customized with your fillings of choice, too!

To make this recipe, you will need:

  • Pie Crusts
  • Nutella
  • Jam of choice
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Egg wash

TIPS:

Fillings: feel free to play around with filling of choice.

Pie Crust: let it sit at room temp for 15 to 20 minutes before unrolling to make it easier to work with.
