To make this recipe, you will need:
- Butter
- Granulated Sugar
- Egg
- All Purpose Flour
- Chocolate Chips
- Ruby Chocolate
- Sprinkles
- 1 1/4 cup (0.29L) Ramekin
TIPS:
Size of Ramekin: using another size ramekin other than the one I am using, will require baking time adjustments.
Baking Time: baking times may need to be adjusted if you prefer under-baked, baked, or over-baked brownies.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 30 g ruby chocolate extra for top
- Sprinkles (optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl combine butter and chocolate chips. Then melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Add the sugar and egg.
- Fold in the flour then ruby chocolate.
- Top with any extra ruby chocolate and sprinkles.
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Cook times may vary depending on the size/ shape of your ramekin.
